Silicone molding factories produce silicone samples through high-temperature vulcanization molding, usually referring to the use of silicone to vulcanize and solidify under high temperature conditions to produce silicone products. The following are the general steps for producing silicone samples through high-temperature vulcanization molding:
Silicone high-temperature molding processing
1、 Preparation materials:
1. High temperature vulcanized silicone: Choose a silicone material suitable for high temperature vulcanization to ensure it meets your application needs.
2. Silicone steel mold: Use high-temperature resistant silicone steel mold to ensure a smooth and clean surface of the mold.
2、 Apply anti stick coating agent: Apply a layer of high-temperature anti stick coating agent on the surface of the silicone steel mold to ensure that the silicone can be easily removed from the mold after curing under high temperature conditions.
3、 Add silicone to the mold: Slowly pour high-temperature vulcanized silicone into the silicone steel mold coated with high-temperature anti stick coating, ensuring that no bubbles are trapped in the silicone.
4、 Perform high-temperature vulcanization: Place the mold filled with silicone into the high-temperature vulcanization curing equipment, and set the appropriate vulcanization temperature and time according to the requirements of the silicone. This process will cause the silicone to undergo vulcanization and solidification under high temperature conditions, thereby forming a silicone product.
5、 Cooling and curing: After high-temperature vulcanization is completed, let the silicone product cool in the equipment until fully cured.
6、 Take out the sample: After the silicone product has completely cooled and solidified, carefully remove the sample from the silicone steel mold.
7、 Post treatment (optional): Silicone samples can be subjected to post treatment, such as trimming edges, polishing surfaces, etc., to achieve the desired shape and smoothness.

High temperature vulcanization molding can help silicone achieve better performance and durability under high temperature conditions, suitable for applications with special requirements, such as high-temperature sealing and high-temperature resistant rubber products. Before conducting high-temperature vulcanization molding, it is necessary to ensure the high-temperature resistance of silicone materials and equipment, and follow relevant operating procedures and safety measures.
